Fabrication Shop Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Fabrication Shop Welder in New Braunfels, TX to oversee the daily operations in Processing, Welding, Paint, and Assembly to ensure on-time project delivery.

This position is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity!

Duties:
-Read blueprints and guide fabrication processes
-Supervise and train manufacturing staff
-Manage daily shop operations and production schedules
-Monitor output, scrap, and rework; report updates to Project Manager
-Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely
-Oversee inventory accuracy and staff timecards
-Maintain clean, organized workspaces and enforce safety/OSHA policies
-Conduct performance evaluations and handle scheduling and personnel matters
-Participate in project meetings and monitor budgets

Compensation:
-Annual salary between $72,000 - $85,000
-Company paid M/V/D, Life, AD&D, ST/LT Disability insurance
-PTO and paid holidays
-401k w/ match
-Quarterly bonuses

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED
-OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
-5+ years fabrication/welding experience
-2+ years in a management role
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
