Trillium Construction is hiring for a Traveling Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the construction of utility-scale solar sites throughout the country.

Qualified candidates will review designs, procure materials, and oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
-Review electrical engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility
-Coordinate the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements and budget constraints
-Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, verifying compliance with design specifications and safety standards
-Plan, coordinate, and manage project construction from start to finish, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards
-Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
-Ensure project resources such as materials, tools, and equipment are scheduled and delivered per the project plan
-Supervise and lead crews and subcontractors, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project goals and ratios.
-Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
-Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with project requirements

Compensation:
-Annual salary between $120,000 - $130,000

Qualifications:
-3 – 5 years related experience as a Foreman or Construction Manager in one of the following specialties: Electrical and Solar.
-MN Electrical Journeyman or reciprocal state electrical license is required
-Strong understanding of the safety processes, OSHA requirements, and work done on construction sites, for one of the following construction specialties: Civil, Mechanical, Telecommunications or Electrical.
-Possess or can obtain certifications/licenses in OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR, RF Awareness, Blood Borne Pathogens, DOT Health Card
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects, crews, job sites, and customers
-Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and SOW
-Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
