Construction Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Traveling Superintendent (East Coast to Midwest) for direct-hire!

Salary is $85,000–$125,000 + per diem & full benefits. Our client is a national, family-owned Design-Build contractor with over 50 years of experience. Based in Cleveland, OH, we specialize in commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects, with in-house architects and engineers working directly with field teams.

The Traveling Superintendent oversees site operations with a focus on safety, quality, scheduling, and design coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
-Enforce safety and quality standards
-Manage subcontractors and vendors
-Maintain 2-week lookahead schedules and overall project timelines
-Document progress via daily reports and Procore uploads
-Communicate site challenges and design input to the PM and design team

Qualifications:
-5+ years of ground-up Superintendent experience
-Strong scheduling and blueprint/spec interpretation skills
-Excellent communication and basic computer proficiency
-Must hold a valid driver’s license and be open to 100% travel
