Machine Operator
Trillium is hiring Machine Operators in Chagrin Falls!
We have immediate Temp-to-Hire opportunities with a respected and expanding manufacturing company in Northwest Ohio. Join a team that plays a vital role in producing high-quality products used globally. Whether you have 1-2 years of experience or a decade of industry knowledge, we are open to training candidates who are the right fit.
These roles offer the potential to become full-time permanent positions based on your performance and attendance.
Responsibilities:
• Operate various machines, including manual die-cut presses and traveling head presses. Some operators may also work with flash cutters or high-speed, automatic traveling head presses
• Support fabrication and production to ensure high-quality output
• Crosstrain in different areas to build a well-rounded skill set
• Assist with part washing, general cleaning, and organization of the production area
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team in a clean, efficient shop environment
• Contribute to a company focused on quality, customer service, and continuous improvement
Schedule is 1st shift, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4pm. Pay rate is $17.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Mechanical Aptitude – A basic understanding of how machinery works and a readiness to learn
• Preferred (but not required):
o Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
o Familiarity with drafting or blueprints
o Previous experience as a press operator
