Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Customer Service Representative for direct-hire in Wixom!

We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for our customers. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the company, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our high standards and commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do:
-Respond to inbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries, turning leads into orders using our ERP system.
-Support production teams by providing timely and accurate information to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Enter and maintain accurate customer and order data in our ERP system.
-Review and manage order backlogs daily, updating customers on order status and potential delays.
-Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing:
-Price quotes and order acknowledgments
-Delivery dates based on lead times and schedules
-Product information and guidance on using company resources for additional support
-Resolution of customer complaints or concerns
-Maintain organized records, saving and sending order acknowledgments and ensuring all customer files are up to date.
-Collaborate across departments—including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, Quality, and Sales—to ensure seamless service and quick resolution of issues.
-Train and support backup Customer Service Representatives to ensure consistent coverage and service quality.

Schedule is First shift, onsite - 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Salary range - $45/k - $53/k.

What We’re Looking For:
-Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
-1–3 years of customer service or office experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
-Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
-Experience working with ERP systems.
-Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
