Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Electrician in Battle Creek for a direct-hire opening!

Position Summary
The Associate II - Electrical performs advanced setup and assembly tasks to complete finished products, including machine wiring. This role also provides hands-on electrical instruction and mentorship to junior assemblers.
Key Responsibilities
-Assembly & Service
-Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine material requirements and assembly sequences.
-Build control cabinets, wire devices, and assemble parts to create final products.
-Measure, repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic systems to meet operational specifications.
-Test electromechanical components and verify part dimensions and clearances.
-Support production goals by ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Process & Quality Improvement
-Act as a departmental process expert, providing guidance and training.
-Lead and participate in continuous improvement efforts based on audits, feedback, and performance metrics.
-Develop and maintain procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Safety
-Follow and enforce all safety policies and proper use of personal protective equipment.
-Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Other Duties
-Perform additional tasks as assigned.
-Rotate to other positions as needed to meet business demands.
Pay range $30-34 per hour. Schedule is Mon-Thurs - 6:00AM - 4:30PM.

Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-4–8 years of related experience.
-Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, tools, and methods.
-Working knowledge of mechanical maintenance processes.
-Effective verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent attention to detail.
