HVAC Installer

Now Hiring HVAC Installer in Oshkosh, WI for Commercial/Multifamily Work!

We are seeking HVAC installers with 1+ year of experience for commercial and multifamily residential projects. This is a hands-on role focused on installing HVAC systems. Candidates should be comfortable working both indoors and in elevated spaces such as rafters.

Job Responsibilities:
-Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
-Work with gas lines and ensure safe, compliant installation practices
-Raise and secure line sets in walls, ceilings, or multi-level structures
-Complete ductwork installations in rafters and overhead areas
-Follow plans, diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate system layout
-Collaborate with team members on larger commercial/multifamily installations

$24-30 DOE. Monday–Friday | Four 9-hour days + Half-Day Friday, 40–45 hours per week.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 1+ year of HVAC experience
-Familiarity with commercial and multifamily system installation
-Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
-Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools
-Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required
