Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Trillium Staffing is hiring a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Eureka, IL
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling crane systems, hoists, and other components according to detailed specifications and blueprints.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Installing wiring for overhead cranes during the build process
• Configuring and assembling both 3-phase and single-phase electric hoists
• Wiring and assembling pneumatic hoists and electrical control boxes
• Interpreting blueprints, schematics, and PLC diagrams for assembly and troubleshooting
• Utilizing a variety of hand, power, and pneumatic tools to complete assembly tasks
• Performing functional tests and inspections on assembled systems to ensure compliance and quality
• Drilling, tapping, and fitting mechanical and electrical parts per job specifications
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler is available on 1st shift, 7am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required based on production demands. Pay starts at $26/hour and goes up based on experience. This position is full-time and temp-to-hire.

Qualifications
• HSD or GED
• 3+ years of experience with cranes, hoists, or related industrial equipment
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of PLCs and troubleshooting processes
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
