Inventory Clerk
Trillium Professional is now seeking an Inventory Clerk in Pomona!
The Stock Room Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, issuing materials, and supporting production by ensuring parts and supplies are available and correctly routed. This includes processing pick lists, entering transactions into the inventory management system, and investigating any inventory discrepancies. Candidates must have basic computer skills, solid math abilities, and the capability to operate a forklift safely. At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or inventory-related environment is required.
Essential Job Duties
-Maintain inventory records for manufactured and purchased parts using an ERP system (Made2Manage preferred)
-Receive, issue, and route parts and materials to appropriate departments
-Process job orders and pick lists, ordering additional parts when necessary
-Generate reports related to inventory movement and material availability
-Record all inventory transactions accurately in the system
-Order and maintain shop supplies
Additional Responsibilities
-Assist with daily cycle counts for accounting updates
-Provide support to customer service and shipping/receiving departments
-Serve as backup driver as needed
-Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years of inventory or shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
-Basic math skills, including use of fractions and decimals
-Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP system experience preferred
-Ability to read and use a tape measure (caliper experience a plus)
-Forklift and pallet jack operation required (must follow all safety rules)
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and -as part of a team
-Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
-Must be able to work occasional Saturday shifts
