Concrete Worker

Trillium is now hiring experienced Concrete Laborers for full-time, direct-hire opportunities in the Oconomowoc area!

This is a direct hire position, meaning you’ll be brought on directly by the company — not through Trillium — and will assume a permanent role from day one.

Work is based in residential construction settings.

Responsibilities include:
-Setting up and removing concrete forms
-Assisting with pouring, puddling, and spreading concrete
-Handling materials and general labor tasks
-Foundation and wall work (typically 8–9 ft., up to 13 ft. max)
-Concrete finishing experience is a plus, but not required — a willingness to learn is a must.

Pay: $23–$33/hour, based on experience.
Per Diem: Not offered for this assignment.
Must be able to travel up to 1 hour to various job sites.
