Trillium has immediate openings for Sanitation Utility Associates in Carrington!
This temp-to-hire opportunity is looking for an energetic candidate to join our team. This position requires a dedicated and proactive person who will perform essential cleaning and sanitizing of our non-production areas and other parts of our facilities. This is crucial to ensuring that our consumable products are consistently produced within industry safety protocols. This role involves strenuous work to keep non-production areas spotless.

What You’ll Do:
-Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation records using our Master Sanitation Schedule.
-Contribute to essential cleaning efforts during preventative maintenance, ensuring equipment is spotless and ready for action.
-Efficiently manage waste removal, including trash and product waste totes.
-Support safety and product safety initiatives, actively participating in corrective actions from audits.
-Monitor infeed and outfeed systems with a keen eye to prevent product defect or contamination.
-Collaborate with Silo Operators on daily cleaning tasks when needed.
-Help strategize and execute long-term cleaning projects, contributing to continuous improvement.
-Partner with company leadership to proactively identify and implement enhancements across safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation.
-Take on other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and commitment.
This position offers a day shift schedule of four 10-hour days. Your workweek will be Friday - Monday. Shift runs from 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Pay is $17.00 per hour.

What You’ll Bring:
-At least 18 years of age, ready to jump into a rewarding role.
-Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, understanding the demands of a dynamic production environment.
Even Better If You Have:
-A high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
-Previous manufacturing experience.
-Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
-Lifting up to 50 pounds; anything over will require team lifting techniques or the use of mechanical lifting devices.
