Inventory Control Clerk
Trillium has immediate openings for Day Shift Inventory Control Clerks in Carrington!
This temp-to-hire opportunity is seeking day shift ticket writers for our consumables company. As a Ticket Writer, you’ll be responsible for operating stretch wrapping and labeling equipment, along with verifying inventory produced matches and inventory scanned into our Warehouse. You’ll work closely with Forklift Operators to ensure accurate scanning and timely delivery of packaging materials.

What You’ll Do:
-Operate and maintain stretch wrapping and Markem labeling equipment at maximum efficiency, ensuring all pallets are properly wrapped and accurately scanned with legible labels. You’ll also inform personnel of any case print/scanning issues.
-Monitor and assist with robot operations, constantly checking the schedule and production reports to minimize underruns and overruns.
-Reconcile production with Warehouse and Machine Operators during and at the end of every Shift, reviewing and approving production upon completion of a product run/Shift.
-Maintain proper documentation of downtime and repairs, performing minor repairs and routine maintenance work on wrappers and labelers.
-Inventory consumable packaging materials and coordinate their handling requirements with Warehouse and Packaging personnel as needed.
-Inform QA of product changeovers.
-Maintain impeccable cleanliness of equipment at all times, conducting regular inspections and deep cleaning. You’ll always follow appropriate guidelines, SOPs, and manufacturing practices when completing cleaning or manufacturing responsibilities.
-Partner with company leadership to proactively identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of: safety, product safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation.
-Other duties as assigned.
This position offers a day Shift schedule of four 10-hour days. Your workweek will be Friday - Monday, shift runs from 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Rate is $20.00 per hour.

What You’ll Bring:
-A high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
-The ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

-Computer experience.

-Inventory experience.
-Previous experience in a consumable products manufacturing facility.
