Trillium has immediate openings for Machine Operators - Day Shift in Carrington!
This temp-to-hire day shift position is seeking Machine Operators for a consumables manufacturing company. As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, performing quality checks on products, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. You’ll be crucial in producing high-quality products efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be the master of our high-speed automated packaging equipment. You’ll:
-Operate and fine-tune packaging machinery to ensure perfect weights and codes on every product.
-Keep things humming by performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
-Be our quality champion, continually checking products, packaging, and case printing to uphold our exceptional standards. You’ll be the one to spot and report any concerns.
-Maintain pristine equipment by regularly inspecting and deep cleaning after each product change.
-Champion safety by operating in line with all health, safety, and fire prevention regulations.
-Be a proactive partner, working with leadership to find and implement continuous improvement opportunities across safety, product safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation.
-Handle other duties as assigned to support our dynamic team.
This position offers a day shift schedule of four 10-hour days: Sunday - Wednesday. The daily shift runs from 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

What You’ll Bring:
-A strong work ethic and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
-A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
-Previous experience operating machines is a plus, especially in a product manufacturing environment.
-A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
-Lift up to 34 pounds for 8+ hours per shift, and up to 50 pounds for 6+ hours per shift.
