Warehouse Worker
Trillium has an immediate opening for Warehouse Workers / Utility Associates in Carrington!
This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is seeking a candidate to perform essential duties that ensure our Warehouse is clean and all packages are shipped and delivered in a timely manner. This critical role involves general cleaning of the warehouse, office areas, and outside yard, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
-Maintains Master Sanitation Schedule and other HACCP documentation for designated areas of responsibility.
-Performs cleaning duties as specified on warehouse sanitation checklist which includes racks, forklifts, warehouse office areas/bathrooms, and packaging products.
-Performs cleaning the exterior grounds of the Warehouse.
-Receives packages from delivery drivers and delivers packages to the proper people in the building in a timely manner. Follows standard operating procedures to ship packages accurately, and in a timely manner.
-Assists the Warehouse Lead in daily duties as needed. Participates in department product safety & safety audits.
-Operates corrugate baler, trash compactor and electric powered pallet jack.
-Partner with company leadership to proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of safety, product safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation.
-Other duties, as assigned.
Schedule is 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications
-Availability: Able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
-Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age.
-Experience using basic computer functions.
-Lift up to 50 pounds for 6+ hours per shift; team assistance or mechanical lifting devices are required for anything over 50 pounds.
-Lift up to 100 pounds with team assistance.
-Wear a respirator as needed.
Preferred Experience & Skills
-High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
-Background in manufacturing.
-Experience with cleaning tasks.
-Familiarity with a consumable manufacturing environment.
-Competence using a scissor lift.
