Sanitation Worker
Trillium has immediate openings for Sanitation Workers in Carrington!
This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is seeking candidates to perform essential inspections and general sanitation of the production area. This vital role ensures the consistent production of safe and edible products in alignment with our rigorous safety standards. You’ll play a hands-on role, assisting production personnel with critical sanitation tasks during start-ups, shutdowns, and routine production operations.

Key Responsibilities
-Execute in-depth cleaning of production lines according to our Master Sanitation Schedule. You’ll also monitor equipment for any wear that could impact production, communicating observations via standard operating procedures.
-Communicate equipment conditions that create sanitation challenges, ensuring these are addressed during periodic maintenance cycles.
-Maintain accurate logs for safety audit purposes and actively participate in departmental product safety and safety audits.
-Collaborate with team members on sanitation efforts for unassigned machinery and diligently maintain and clean other designated areas as needed.
-Partner with company leadership to proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across safety, product safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule is 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications
-Availability: Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
-Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Experience & Skills
-High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
-Previous manufacturing experience.
-Prior experience operating a forklift or reach truck.
-Strong preference for previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
