Warehouse Worker
Trillium has immediate openings for Night Shift Warehouse Workers / Palletizers in Carrington!
This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is looking for an energetic candidate to ensure our final product is ready to depart our facility. As a Palletizer, you’ll play a critical role in our operation, masterfully operating semi-automatic packaging equipment to pack, seal, and prepare finished products for shipping, all while ensuring accuracy in weights and codes.
You’ll also be responsible for expertly palletizing and stretch-wrapping products, conducting routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, and maintaining meticulous records of packaged goods. This opportunity can become permanent, depending on your performance and attendance.

What You’ll Do:
-Operate semi-automatic packaging equipment, ensuring accurate weights, codes, sealing, and labeling of products.
-Palletize, stretch-wrap finished products for storage or shipment.
-Perform minor repairs, routine maintenance, and sanitation on equipment, including regular deep cleaning.
-Maintain accurate records, track packaged products and rejects.
-Operate in accordance with health, safety, and fire prevention regulations.
-Partner with leadership to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation.
-Other duties as assigned.
Night Shift Schedule: Four 10-hour days
-Wednesday - Saturday
-4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

What You’ll Bring:
Required:
-Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
-Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred:
-High school diploma or GED equivalent.
-Previous experience repairing mechanical equipment.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
