Trillium has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher in Louisville!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage our daily shipping, receiving, and material handling operations. In this vital role, you’ll ensure our production facility runs smoothly and efficiently by inspecting, verifying, and preparing incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as transporting materials throughout the facility. You’ll be a key player in maintaining an organized and safe work environment, supporting both production and logistics in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Responsibilities:
-Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
-Unload materials from delivery vehicles using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment.
-Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to customer and carrier requirements.
-Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into the ERP System.
-Label, organize, and store materials in the correct inventory locations.
-Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or damages.
-Assist with material transport throughout the facility using forklifts, overhead cranes, pallet jacks, conveyors, etc.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits.
-Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
-Other ad hoc assignments.

Schedule: Four 10-hour days: Monday - Thursday (Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday). 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Overtime is available. Annual salary is $40,000 - $46,000 DOE.

Job Requirements:
-Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch (passing a written test is required).
-Experienced in reading and interpreting blueprints.
-Strong math, verbal, and literacy skills.
-Ability to manually lift 100 lbs safely and consistently.
-Experienced in the operation of material handling equipment, including, but not limited to, forklift, overhead crane, and conveying systems.
-GED Required
-One to three (1-3) years of Logistics experience preferred
-Two plus (2+) years of Forklift experience preferred
