Plant Manager

Plant Manager position available in the Bristol, Indiana area.

Direct hire opportunity with a salary of $115k to $120k. based on experience. Hours will be 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Hours may fluctuate. Relocation assistance available. Seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to take full ownership of operations. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader experienced in fast-paced environments and continuous improvement.

Plant Manager Key Responsibilities:
-Lead all plant operations including production, efficiency, quality, and safety.
-Drive Lean Manufacturing, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
-Ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and alignment with company goals.
-Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing, accountable team.
-Foster cross-functional collaboration across Production, Quality, -Engineering, and Supply Chain.
-Manage plant budgets, P&L, and implement cost-saving strategies.
-Align capacity with demand to support business growth.

Plant Manager Requirements:
-10+ years in manufacturing leadership (trailer, automotive, or heavy equipment preferred, boating, RV industries considered) Will consider less experience based on the candidate.
-Proven success in operational transformation and team leadership.
-Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven performance management.
-Strong financial and strategic acumen.
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
