Roofing Project Manager
Trillium Construction is hiring for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Reno, NV for a direct-hire, full-time position with a large roofing contractor to oversee roofing projects from start to finish.
Duties:
-Work in tandem with the Project Foreman and Superintendent to bring the job in safely, on time and under budget by coordinating all project scheduling and milestones, identify and resolve obstacles related to the project, project budgeting, client and subcontractor relations, contracts, profitability and project documentation.
-Respond to all RFI, RFP and other job-related correspondence in a timely manner.
-Review all contracts and, with input from the management team;
-Complete PM Contract Checklist for each assigned project.
-Help develop and track a labor budget for each project for the scope of the work and to ensure efficiency
-Create a Job Packet & Job Plan for the Foreman with assistance from the Project Engineer.
-Create material list and order materials, schedule deliveries, and ensure all material delivered matches PO.
-Coordinate shop drawings and submittals for scope of work with assistance from in-house CAD draftsperson as well as PE.
-Submit all billing information to the Accounts Receivable department in a timely manner throughout duration of project according to procedures and forms required by the contract.
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $110,000 - $140,000

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
-In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, modified bitumen, etc.) preferred.
-Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, and specifications.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
-Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) and basic office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
-Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
