Pipe Foreman
Trillium Construction is now hiring an experienced Pipe Foreman for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a reputable commercial excavating contractor based in Kissimmee, Florida.
Our client specializes in comprehensive site work services for general contractors, owners, and developers. Their expertise includes mass grading, underground utilities, fire lines, erosion control, curb repair, asphalt overlay, stamping, and more.
The Pipe Foreman will be responsible for overseeing field operations related to underground utility installation on commercial site development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong underground pipe experience and a proven ability to manage a crew. Candidates who come with an established crew are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate daily activities of pipe crews installing storm, sewer, water, and fire lines
-Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and pipe layouts
-Ensure all underground utility work is completed accurately and in compliance with specifications and safety regulations
-Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain production goals
-Monitor labor, equipment, and material usage
-Enforce safety practices on-site, including daily safety briefings and adherence to OSHA standards
-Evaluate site conditions and troubleshoot challenges in real-time
Compensation & Benefits:
-Annual salary between $90,000 – $95,000, based on experience

Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in underground utility installation for commercial site development
-2+ years of experience in a Foreman role
-Proven ability to lead and manage pipe crews efficiently
-Strong understanding of civil site work, utility systems, and jobsite safety practices
-Ability to read and execute from blueprints and grading plans
-OSHA 30 certification preferred
-Candidates with an existing crew are highly desirable
