Administrative Assistant
Trillium has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant with a tax and financial planning firm in Reno, NV!
This Direct-Hire opportunity seeks a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the team and basic client interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting key projects and initiatives during critical tax season and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handling correspondence, transcribing emails, and preparing documents for meetings.
• Coordinate office management tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
• Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.
• Provide front desk support as needed, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
• Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents and information including scanning when needed.
• Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position working out of the Reno office location.
Salary range is $60-75,000. The upper end of the range is reserved for those coming from the tax/financial planning industry with knowledge of Lacerte software.

Experience
• 5+ years of professional office experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience within a tax/financial planning office is highly preferred, but open to those coming from a similar professional office environment.
• Experience with Lacerte software is a big plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in calendar management and office management practices.
• Familiarity with project coordination techniques and tools is a plus.
