Assembly Worker

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Assembly Workers in Wilmington!

This Temp-to-Hire opportunity seeks an Assembler who will be responsible for the assembly of various products and components into finished goods according to bills of materials and work instructions. This role involves performing setup activities, aligning and assembling parts, operating air and hand tools, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Assembler must meet production and quality standards, demonstrate the ability to read basic blueprints and tape measures, and working well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform any required setup activity for assembly tasks, 
-Position, align, and assemble components and subassemblies into final products, 
-Operate air tools, hand tools, and other equipment as needed, 
-Follow work instructions and perform duties as directed by the supervisor, 
-Accurately complete required documentation, 
-Participate in ongoing learning and process improvements, 
-Work overtime and Saturdays as scheduled. 

Schedule is 1st Shift / 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM / Monday - Friday. Pay rate is $16/hr.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent training/experience, 
-Ability to comprehend and follow simple verbal and written instructions. 
-Basic math, including fractions, decimals, and whole numbers. 
-Able to read and interpret basic blueprints and use a tape measure.
