Warehouse Worker

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Warehouse Worker in New Carlisle for long-term work!

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the MBI warehouse, including shipping and receiving, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and property upkeep. This role involves close collaboration with logistics personnel, drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient handling of materials. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is essential, along with thorough documentation of all warehouse activities, including tracking shipments, logging deliveries, and managing inventory counts with zero variance.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities but is expected to lead by example and promote a “Safety First” culture. The hours would be 8 am- 5pm preferably as they work with a team that is on Pacific time. Pay rate is $20-$21 per hour.

-Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-The ideal candidate will have at least three years of forklift experience
-Basic computer proficiency (especially in Microsoft Office and ERP systems)
-Physical demands include regular lifting of heavy items and working in varying weather conditions.
