Shop Supervisor
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Shop Supervisor in Chatsworth!
Essential Duties:
-Oversee and monitor production to ensure quality of the product
-Plan, develop and administer policies, procedures and work instructions.
-Follow-up, expedite, counsel and train department employees as required to maintain valid production schedules in support of company goals.
-Report work in progress to 2nd shift supervisor to ensure a smooth transition
-Assists in the training of new employees and aides employees with questions
-Complete Production Employee Performance Reviews
-Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize resource utilization
Schedule is day shift (6:15 am – 5:30 pm, Monday thru Thursday), 4/10 work schedule. Pay range is $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 / year

-Must have prior experience managing personnel and product.
-5 years proven experience in supervision of the manufacturing floor.
-Must possess good communication and hands on leadership skills.
-Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Experience in the aerospace related industry (aircraft) a plus.
