Building Automation Controls Technician

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Senior Building Automation Controls Technician in Cincinnati!

This direct-hire position is looking for an HVAC installer who possesses at least five years of experience in building automation systems. The Building Automation Controls Technician will serve as the Team Leader during installations.

This role requires close collaboration with installation site owners, general contractors, and mechanical engineers, as well as oversight of third-party electrical installations. The Building Automation Controls Technician is required to attend and manage project meetings, provide updates, and ensure that the project remains on schedule and within budget.

The coverage area includes Northern Cincinnati to Dayton. Installation site work constitutes 90% of the role.  

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Compensation:
- Salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus opportunity

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in building controls and automation
- Experience with building automation systems programming
- Knowledge of BACnet control systems
- Knowledge of Delta Controls is a plus but not required
- Valid and clean driver’s license
