Maintenance Technician

Trillium Staffing is now hiring Maintenance Technicians for direct-hire placement!

Pay rate is $28/hr. Schedule is 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2PM–10PM.

Our client, a growing and well-established manufacturer, is looking for a self-driven Maintenance Technician with welding and fabrication experience to join their team!

What You’ll Do:
-Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting
-Equipment setup, repair, and fabrication
-Work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and E-Coat systems
-Support equipment installation and start-up
-Keep the work environment safe and clean

What We’re Looking For:
-3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
-Welding/fabrication skills
-Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
-High school diploma or equivalent
-PLC and MRP software experience a plus
-Team-oriented mindset
