Assembly Technician
Trillium Staffing is now seeking Assembly Test Technicians in Dublin!
This direct-hire opportunity is seeking a skilled and motivated Assembly/Test Technician to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on assembling and testing advanced ultrasonic welding equipment, involving a wide range of technical tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in constructing and troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems, as well as interpreting technical documentation.
This position requires proficiency in using machine shop tools, hand tools, and test instruments. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to read and work from CAD drawings, assemble and wire electrical panels, and diagnose issues with precision mechanical components and electronic circuits.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assemble and test high-precision electromechanical equipment
-Interpret and work from mechanical and electrical drawings
-Wire and troubleshoot electrical panels and circuits
-Operate machine shop equipment safely and accurately
-Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
-Communicate technical issues effectively with internal teams and customers
-Maintain a well-organized work area, including ordering tools and supplies
Schedule is1st shift / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Pay rate is $25.00 + per hour DOE.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
-Associate degree in a technical field or engineering technician background
-Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machine shop operations
-Effective written and verbal communication skills
-High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
-Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
-Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
