Trillium Drivers is now seeking Masons for work in Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN!

Competitive pay, based on experience is $30–$38/hr DOE. We are seeking a skilled Brick and Block Mason for immediate work in the Twin Cities area. This is a high-skill position that goes beyond basic foundation work — ideal candidates will be comfortable working with both brick and finished block in above-grade commercial and structural applications.

Responsibilities:
-Lay brick and block to specification, including load-bearing and finish-grade block walls
-Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and layout marks
-Use levels, plumb bobs, lasers, and other tools to ensure quality installation
-Work collaboratively with site foremen, laborers, and project managers
-Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
-Ensure all work meets finish and aesthetic standards

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience with both brick and block
Proven ability to finish above-grade block (not just foundation/below-grade)
-Comfortable working on scaffolding or at height
-Wear basic PPE and hand tools required (mason line, trowels, levels, etc.)
-Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly and work in varied weather conditions

Preferred:
-OSHA 10 or 30 certification
-Experience with large-scale commercial or structural masonry projects
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
