Maintenance Technician

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician in Hilliard!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a highly motivated and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our building, machinery, and equipment. This role involves electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs, as well as potential for growth into management.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building, machinery, and equipment.
-Install wiring and conduit for new equipment; diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions (motors, transformers, lighting).
-Repair or replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
T-roubleshoot equipment malfunctions and collaboration with other maintenance staff.
Install wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings.
-Read and understand blueprints; utilize testing and measuring equipment.
-Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company policies.

1st Shift / Monday – Friday / 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. $30.00+ per hour DOE.

Qualifications:
-High School diploma or GED.
-Minimum 3 years of related experience or training.
-Mechanical inclination and familiarity with hand and power tools.
-Solid understanding of three-phase electrical systems.
-Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
-Basic math and reasoning skills.
-Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
