Customer Service Representative

Trillium Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lynchburg, VA - apply today!

Position Overview: This trial hire CSR role coordinates maintenance events (repair, paint/coating, cleaning) to ensure compliance with FRA, AAR, customer standards, and company capabilities. The position requires collaboration with both internal and external customers for efficient service.

Pay rate: $18 - $20 per hour, DOE.

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary customer contact for maintenance services and collaborate with QA as needed.
-Communicate customer expectations to the production team and track progress through completion.
-Prepare necessary documentation and ensure all information is available for servicing.
-Provide regular status updates and reports to customers and internal teams.
-Attend production meetings and customer-related calls, offering updates on service progress and addressing issues.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on all requests.
-Maintain accurate records and systems updates for customer and company processes.
-Participate in customer visits, audits, and other plant-related activities as needed.

Qualifications:
-High School diploma required; some college preferred.
-Administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
-Familiarity with AAR, FRA regulations, and safety standards.
-Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
-Proficient in MS Office and other relevant applications.
