Carpenter

Trillium Construction is now seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter skilled in both rough and finish carpentry.

This role involves framing walls, as well as reframing door and window openings. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their craft, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform rough carpentry including wall framing and structural modifications
-Reframe and adjust window and door openings to specifications
-Execute finish carpentry with precision and attention to detail
-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
-Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with job site safety standards
-Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Pay rate is $30–$35/hour, based on experience Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (Overtime Potential).

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a journeyman carpenter in rough and finish work
-Must have own standard hand tools
-Ability to pass a background check
-Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
-Reliable transportation to and from job site
-Willingness to work 40 hours per week with potential for overtime
