General Laborer

Trillium Staffing is now seeking General Laborers to join an event setup crew!

The ideal candidate will assist with the delivery, installation, and breakdown of large-scale tents and related event rental equipment such as tables, chairs, flooring, and lighting. This role involves physical labor, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Pay $20/hour. Shift times can start as early as 7am and this long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:
-Load, transport, and unload event rental equipment including large tents, staging, and decor items.
-Install and dismantle large tents (frame, pole, structure, clear span, etc.) according to company safety standards and client specifications.
-Secure tent anchoring using stakes, ballast, or other methods as appropriate for site conditions.
-Assist with setup of event furniture, flooring, lighting, and other rental items as needed.
-Maintain cleanliness and condition of all equipment and vehicles.
-Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and report any job site hazards to supervisor.
-Assist with warehouse duties including inventory checks, cleaning, and prepping equipment.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
-Prior experience in tent installation, construction, landscaping, or other physical outdoor work is a plus.
-Must be able to lift 50lbs and great weight with assistance
-Ability to work long hours, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
-Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
