Drywall Project Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Drywall Project Manager in Austin, TX to oversee and manage the installation of drywall on large-scale commercial/industrial new construction projects in the area.

Strong candidates will be responsible for overseeing all phases of drywall construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Duties:
-Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of drywall construction projects, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. 
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. 
-Oversee field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. 
-Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve any issues. 
-Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages. 
-Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, and foremen to develop project plans and strategies. 
-Track project costs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed 

Compensation
-Annual salary between $90,000 - $120,000
-Per diem available if willing to travel
-M/V/D benefits

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing large-scale commercial drywall projects. 
-Proven track record of successful project delivery in commercial environments such as high-rise buildings, hospitals, schools, or corporate campuses. 
-Strong knowledge of drywall systems, materials, means and methods. 
-Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. 
-Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 
-OSHA 30 certification preferred.
