Sales and Service Administrator position available in the New Hudson, Michigan location.

This is a direct hire opportunity with our client, who is a growing manufacturer. Salary range for this position is $50k to $55K. Hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities for the Service Administrator:
Job Coordination & Communication:
-Assign jobs and pull Sales Orders; prepare and send related emails (address, SOW, S/O #).
-Retrieve and attach previous calibration reports.
-Send updated forms and calibration reports to internal/external techs and customers.

Quoting & Sales Support: 
-Create contractor PO requisitions and customer quotes for services, parts, and calibration (proactive and by request).
-Prepare and send EXW and SSC renewal quotes (monthly), and yearly calibration reminders (2 months in advance).
-Track all quotes, wins, and sales metrics.
-Manage software contract renewals and quote input.

CRM & Documentation:
-Input service reports and manage CRM database.
-Process and verify calibration forms; create and distribute certificates and stickers.
-Maintain calibration logs and master forms.
-File documents by customer name (calibration reports, customer surveys, NDAs).

General Administrative Support:
-Answer phones and monitor FSE weekly paperwork.
-Forward COIs and respond to certification/scope requests.
-Route POs to the orders department.
-Assist visitors, students, and external providers as needed.

Finance Support:
-Provide monthly updates on open service orders.
-Collaborate with departments on billing, service parts, and shipments.

Requirements for the Service Administrator:
-Ideally two years’ CMM experience
