Warehouse Worker
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a reliable and hardworking entry level (will train) Hi-LO/Puller Operator / Warehouse Worker at a manufacturing facility in Warren, MI!
Pay rate is $15/ hour + other incentives! Training is provided for entry-level candidates and there will be performance-based increases! This is a temp-to-hire position; Candidates can and will be hired on with company which includes generous benefits package.
Schedule is 1st shift, 7:00AM – 5:30PM. OT is based on orders. OT is not consistent but applicant should be flexible if needed to support increases in orders during week. Occasional Saturday work is required; Saturday shifts are 4 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve tickets from shipping office.
- Operate safely, at all times, in warehouse that supports shipping.
- Pull the correct material based on the ticket/order.
- Safely move material from support warehouse staging area, based on ticket information. Will be trained.
- Follow basic safety procedures and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Perform basic clean up activities, as needed.

- No required experience: on-the-job training provided… will grow with company!
- Must be able to lift up to 40-50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift, as needed.
