Machine Operator

Machine Operator needed in Green Bay, WI!

The Machine Operator will be responsible for preparing raw materials for upcoming work orders, setting the equipment to specification for each job, reading and interpreting work orders and blueprints (when necessary), equipment adjustments as needed, and finishing prep for completed jobs. The position will be based in an industrial machining environment.

This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity. The standard 2nd shift schedule is Monday-Thursday 2:30pm - 12:30am. Starting wage is $20/hour + $2/hour shift premium. Our client offers a great benefits package, yearly profit-sharing bonuses, a great work-life balance and much more!

Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in an industrial setting.
- Metal fabrication experience a huge plus.
- Machine Operator experience required.
 -Manual lathe experience a huge plus.
- Strong industrial math skills.
