Family-orientated company in Lennon, MI seeking Customer Service Rep (Call Center) Candidate to join their team!

Pay rate is $17-19/hour dependent on experience 
-    OT opportunities available!
-    Candidates will receive performance-based increase at hire-on (90 days)!
-    Yearly bonuses provided based on performance!

This is a contract-to-hire after 90 Days. Company:  Company has been in business for almost 50 years! Their business is replacement tractor parts, catalog offerings, online ordering, and 7000+ parts! The company is family-owned with departments including customer service, marketing, and shipping.
 
The company’s culture emphasizes a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service! The work environment is close-knit, like a second family. Candidates MUST be able to work daily in a small team environment. This is a tight team – the new CSR will become part of their family!

The CSR will field/reach out to customers, via phone, for the duration of their shift. Their inventory database is very easy to navigate. Candidates will be trained!
-    Accurate order entry/updates.
-    Access and navigate their inventory system (verifying part numbers, etc.).
-    Guide customers in navigating their website and placing orders online.
-    Execute returns promptly and with accuracy.

-    Candidate MUST HAVE a mindset for excellent customer service!  Candidate will be working with customers via phone for duration of shift; must be friendly, understanding, empathetic, and quick to resolve any issues. The lifeline of the IS the daily customer interactions!
-    2 years’ customer service experience preferred (including phone interaction with customers). Will accept transferable skills. 
-    Candidate must understand the basics of Microsoft programs (Word and Excel). Training will be provided.
-    Candidates must be comfortable with computer use and data entry throughout the duration of shift.
-    Calls can increase in volume quickly!  Candidate must have the ability to prioritize, react quickly and effectively and manage their day!
o    Candidate could have up to 100 calls per day (must be ok with this).
