Maintenance Technician

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Maintenance Technician I in Rancho Bernardo, CA!

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician I in Rancho Bernardo. This is for full time M - F, 40 hours a week, with potential work on the weekend as needed. This is a temp to hire position. Pay rate is up to $25 per hour DOE with opportunity for raises based on performance. Position will be working within a commercial building, completing service requests and urgent repairs. Also responsible for preparing vacant suites by repairing flooring, paint, drywall, window coverings, ceiling tiles, as well as exterior maintenance of the building such as outdoor lighting, stucco, yard maintenance, trash disposal, etc.

Must have experience in the following:
-2-3 years of verifiable maintenance/construction/handyman experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Ability to comfortably interact with customers, tenants, and vendors
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to navigate different apps
- Reliable transportation
