Annual salary is $125,000 – $140,000 plus a 10% Annual Performance Bonus.

This leadership role is centered around improving operational efficiency, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing Lean Six Sigma best practices in a relatively new, state-of-the-art production facility. You’ll oversee a team of engineers and play a pivotal role in shaping process improvements across multiple departments to ensure consistent quality and performance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Plant Leadership to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Lead and mentor the plant’s Engineering Team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee process audits and root cause analyses for continuous operational improvement
- Champion Six Sigma and Lean initiatives; conduct internal training and certification coaching
- Drive innovation, employee engagement, and retention across engineering operations
- Promote an inclusive workplace culture that values diverse input and accountability
Additional Information:
- 600,000 sq. ft. facility with 175+ employees and growing
- Direct report to Plant Manager
- Candidates must complete/ pass a Caliper Assessment before hire-on

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
- 5+ years in process engineering within an industrial or heavy manufacturing setting
- 3+ years leading or managing technical/engineering teams
- Lean Six Sigma certification or training strongly preferred
- Experience with product trials, quality improvement, and large-scale machinery
