Trillium Staffing is now seeking Warehouse Workers in Little Rock, AR for long-term work!
A well-established industrial materials distribution facility is seeking a Warehouse/Service Center Operator for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This facility processes and distributes raw and semi-processed industrial metals in various shapes and sizes. The role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and equipment operation experience.
Schedule is Mid-shift,10:00 AM – 6:30 PM. The pay rate is $19/hour for entry level and $20-21 for those with forklift, overhead crane or side loader experience.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and stage materials to fulfill orders
- Break down bulk bundles to meet customer specifications
- Pack materials per order requirements
- Operate forklifts (sit-down or side-loader) to transport material
- Accurately complete shipping/receiving documentation in SAP
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or materials handling experience preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout shift
- Comfortable using computers and performing basic math
- Pass a skills-based assessment (reading, math, inspection, attention to detail, problem-solving)
- Must be able to pass a vision, hearing, and mobility exam at hire-on with client company
- Enroll in an on-the-job training/apprenticeship program after hire-on with client company
