Administrative Assistant
Trillium has an immediate opening for an Administrative Service Assistant in Fredericksburg, VA!
The Administrative Service Assistant will be responsible for supporting the field service technicians with installations, service, and repair as needed. Duties include keeping an accurate calendar for appointments, communicating with clients via phone & emails regarding follow-up appointments and recommended services, and supporting material management activities (shipping, receiving, and inventory) at the branch.
The role will involve someone who can perform administrative tasks but will also need a technical aptitude. Training will be provided for constructing service quotes and an understanding of the equipment and systems.
The daily responsibilities will include work that is approximately 85% in the office, 10% in the warehouse checking on service items for open jobs, and 5% in the field delivering materials to field service technicians.
Schedule is a choice of 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
Salary range is flexible depending on experience, with an average around $20/hr. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus incentive as well!

Qualifications:
- Administrative skills and an aptitude to learn the technical side
- Experience working with data accuracy, work orders, and inventory systems
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction through phone and email
- Experience with SAP or other similar ERP systems is a plus
