Production Worker

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Production Clerk in Pomona!

The Production Clerk II is responsible for performing essential clerical duties within the manufacturing environment, serving as the initial point of contact for Made-2-Manage (M2M) job orders. This role includes maintaining logs, data entry, filing, completing forms, and delivering documents to the production floor. The Production Clerk II will review and log drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) for any missing or conflicting information and will enter relevant data into the M2M system.

Key Responsibilities:
-Job Order Management: Serve as the primary contact for M2M job orders and planning-related inquiries.
-Documentation Review: Log and review incoming drawings and BOMs for accuracy, identifying any missing or conflicting information.
-Data Entry: Enter standard routings into the Made-2-Manage (M2M) system.
-Collaboration: Consult with supervisors and leads regarding operation times and sequences as needed.
-Discrepancy Resolution: Compare component part drawings with assembly drawings, following up with Production or Engineering to address any discrepancies.
-Traveler Management: Release job travelers to appropriate departments and prepare stock travelers for replenishment and internal use.
-Information Research: Conduct research on job orders as required to ensure accuracy and completeness.
-Reporting: Prepare and release job pick lists and stock item drawings to the Stock Room, as well as designated reports as needed.
-Filing: Maintain organized files for change orders and BOMs.
Additional Duties:

Communicate with shop supervisors to resolve issues as they arise.
Provide backup telephone coverage for the Receptionist.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Minimum of three years of experience as a Production Clerk I or related role.
-Familiarity with basic shop functions and blueprints preferred.
-Proficient in basic math skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
