General Laborer

Trillium Staffing is looking for a general laborer to work in Columbus!

General Laborers will put metallic pigments into powder coatings using high speed mixers. General Laborers will be lifting to 50lbs to put material into mixer, will weigh the product and pull finished product. General laborers may spray samples and send to QC. General laborers must be able to lift 50lbs, measure, read, follow a recipe, and have attention to detail.

The mixers are 2 stories and General laborers will be climbing open grid staircase multiple times during shift and standing on open grid floor on 2nd level. Additionally, General Laborers will eventually be trained on forklift.

Production workers need STWB/shoes, and the company will reimburse once a year for these. Company provides masks, gloves, ear plugs as desired. 

This is a great temp to hire opportunity - this company wants you to have a career! Pay rate is $20.00 per hour and the schedule is either 6a - 2:30p OR 7a-3:30p Mon-Fr - You Choose!

-Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently during an 8 hour shift
-Ability to climb stairs and work on open grid floor
-Basic measuring ability
-Ability to follow recipe/complex instructions
