Production Worker

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Albion, MI!

The pay rate is $21.90/hr. There are Day & Evening 12-Hour Shifts Available; 2pm-2am, 2am-2pm. All work is swing shift; one week  work 3 days for 36 hours and the next week work 4 days for 48 hours. There is an Attendance Bonus and Quarterly bonuses when hired in.

What You’ll Do:
-Operate packaging machinery and monitor performance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
-Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues; report larger malfunctions to supervisors.
-Inspect final product for quality and accuracy of packaging; escalate any issues.
-Keep production flowing by feeding product into machines while maintaining high standards for quality and productivity.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience, or a combination of education and industrial work experience.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
