Associate Attorney Product Liability
Trillium Professional has a direct hire opportunity for an Associate Attorney Product Liability in Pittsburgh, PA. The client offers relocation assistance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participate in all aspects of litigation including jury and bench trials, appeals, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage a litigation caseload from inception to completion either independently or under the supervision of more senior lawyers.
• Conduct legal research and provide thoughtful written analyses.
• Work closely with other attorneys to provide recommendations for resolving legal issues.
• Participate in Business Development activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in litigation areas such as products liability, class actions, and multi-district litigation.
• Experience in active participation in depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom experiences.
• Excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of county, state, and federal courts and related rules of civil procedures.
• Strong attention to detail in all work, along with the ability to manage multiple files and to prioritize workloads to effectively meet all deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.
• Forward thinking, organized, and a team player.
• Ability to independently solve problems and exercise sound judgment with minimal direction.
