Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking a Traveling Cold Storage Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity with a nationally recognized design-build firm specializing in cold storage and climate-controlled construction.

This company is known for delivering state-of-the-art freezer storage, refrigerated warehouses, and food processing facilities across the country.

The Traveling Superintendent will play a vital role in managing ground-up construction of cold storage distribution centers. This position requires extensive travel to job sites throughout the U.S. and includes leadership responsibilities in safety, scheduling, quality control, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
-Travel to various project sites nationwide for short- and long-term assignments
-Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily project activities
-Foster and enforce a strong culture of safety on-site
-Supervise subcontractors and field teams with a focus on collaboration and quality
-Interpret and ensure compliance with construction documents and plans
-Manage project documentation and quality control standards
-Identify and resolve construction-related issues in collaboration with the management team

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Lead Superintendent role
-At least 3 years of experience in cold storage, food processing, or industrial manufacturing construction
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Procore
-Willingness to travel 100% for projects (travel home every two weeks is common)
