Fulfillment Associate

Trillium is looking for a Fulfillment Associate in Mesa, AZ!

These dedicated team members make sure the warehouse operations run effectively to best serve our customers.

Essential Functions
• Perform quality inspections, cleaning, buffing, taping and recovery of damaged products
• Provide daily operations for warehouse management, including: building maintenance, cleaning, inventory preparation and bin maintenance
• Builds steel pallets and replenishment pallet prepping
• Performs basic inventory prep and bin maintenance
• Works in outbound pack floor 
• Cleans up the work site
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

QUALIFICATIONS
-High School Diploma Preferred
-Prior distribution or warehouse experience not required but strongly preferred
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Ability to work at a physical distribution location
-Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions in warehouse and dock areas (temperature-controlled building).
-Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds daily
-Ability to satisfy all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements as outlined (i.e., ability to wear safety glasses while working in the distribution center)
