PEMB Foreman

Trillium Construction is now seeking a PEMB Foreman / Crew Lead — Metal Building Systems in Mesa, AZ!

Pay rate is $30+ (DOE). Schedule is Monday–Friday | 40+ hours/week and starts ASAP!

Trillium Construction is seeking employees for a hangar build in Mesa, AZ.This project centers around PEMB steel erection, metal wall cladding, and standing seam roofing. We’re hiring a working Foreman / Crew Lead to guide and manage a skilled crew of metal building installers and steel erectors.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and coordinate a 4–6 person PEMB crew 
-Interpret and execute from erection drawings and shop details
-Ensure safe and efficient installation of framing, panels, trims, flashing, and standing seam roof systems
-Coordinate with site superintendents, and internal team on sequencing, equipment needs, and production goals
-Mentor junior crew members and delegate tasks effectively
-Maintain high standards for quality control and jobsite safety
-Act as a working foreman — setting the pace, solving problems in real time, and modeling productivity

Qualifications:
-5+ years of PEMB erection experience (hangar or clear-span preferred)
-2+ years of experience in a lead or foreman role
-Deep understanding of structural steel assembly, wall systems, and roofing installs
-Able to read blueprints and erection drawings fluently
-Proficient with lifts, rigging, power tools, and layout work
-Safety-minded with a track record of clean jobsites and compliance
-Strong communication and crew management skills
-Own PPE and basic tools (snips, harness, impact, etc.)

Preferred Certifications:
-OSHA 30
-Aerial Lift / Boom Lift Certified
-Forklift / Rigging certs (preferred)

Additional Info:
-Must pass drug screen and E-Verify
-Reliable transportation and valid ID required
