Quality Inspector
<p>Quality Inspector needed for manufacturing company located in Genesee County.</p>
<p>1st shift, 7a-3:30p Monday-Friday, Pay $17-18.50/hour depending on experience. A Quality Technician is responsible for testing and inspecting products at various stages of the production process.</p>
<p>Their duties include, but are not limited to:<br />
· Receiving & Incoming Inspections<br />
· 1st Piece / Set-Up Inspections<br />
· In-process & Final Inspections<br />
· Maintaining a 5S Work Environment<br />
· Maintaining the QA File Structures & Storage<br />
· Gage Calibration</p>

<p>Skills Required:<br />
· Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time<br />
· Ability to regularly lift and move 10 pounds, frequently lift and move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move 50 pounds<br />
· Basic knowledge of measuring devices: calipers, micrometers, height gage<br />
· Basic Mathematical Skills: addition, subtraction, fractions, decimals (minimum 3 places)<br />
· Basic Computer Skills: able to access folders, scan and save documents, type reports<br />
· Must have solid long-term work history, personal reliable transportation, good attendance, and ability to pass all pre-employment screens.
