Robotic Welder
Trillium Staffing is hiring a Robot Welder in Morton, IL!
The Robot Welder will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welders and other automated equipment in a high-end manufacturing environment. This role involves ensuring efficient operation of machinery, meeting production goals, and maintaining a high standard of quality. Ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude, automation experience, and a commitment to safety and precision.
Responsibilities will include:
• Operating and troubleshooting robotic welding systems or automated production machinery.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
• Maintaining production quality and identifying any product deviations.
• Other tasks as assigned
The Robot Welder is a 1st shift position, 7am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday. Overtime may be required. Pay ranges from $18–$28/hour depending on experience. This position is full-time and temp-to-hire.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Experience working with robotic welders, CNC machinery, or other automated equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and use measuring tools
• Comfortable working with computers and modern manufacturing technology
